NOW COMES the Parties, THE COUNTY OF LINCOLN, a body politic and corporate (hereinafter "County"), on the one hand, and THE LINCOLN COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION, a body corporate, (hereinafter "Seller"), on the other hand, on this the day of , 2017 and, pursuant to N.C.G.S. § 160A-274, enter into this PURCHASE AGREEMENT (hereinafter, the “Agreement”).
