Box 161, Yokneam Ilit 20692, Israel (the “Company”); the holder(s) of Ordinary Shares of the Company listed in Schedule A. hereto (the “Ordinary Holders”), and the holders of Preferred Shares (as defined below) listed on Schedule B. hereto (collectively, the “Preferred Holders” and individually, a “Preferred Holder”).
