This DPA includes the attached Schedule 2 and supplements the Agreement, (as updated from time to time) between Customer and truelogic, or other agreement between Customer and truelogic governing Customer’s use of the Service (“Agreement”). This DPA will be effective as of the day truelogic receives a complete and executed DPA from Customer in accordance with the instructions under Sections 1 and 2 below (“DPA Effective Date”).
