This Management Services Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into this 19th day of October, 2006, by and between Ashmore Energy International Limited, a Cayman Islands exempted company (“AEI”) and Ashmore Investment Management Limited, a company formed under the laws of England and Wales (“AIML” or the “Provider”).
