THIS AGREEMENT is made by and between BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc., (BellSouth), a Georgia corporation, and Credit Loans, Inc. Assumed Name Lone Star Communications (Credit Loans), a Texas corporation for and on behalf of those entities listed in Attachment A, and shall be effective on the Effective Date, as defined herein. This Agreement may refer to either BellSouth or Credit Loans or both as a “Party” or “Parties.”
