The Board of Trustees (or any successor governing body under applicable law) is the entity acting as the governing body of the University (referred to as the "Board"). The "parties" as used in this Agreement are Dr. Sasse on the one hand and the University and the Board on the other; and each is a "party" as the context indicates.
