THIS SECOND AMENDED KANE COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT RESOURCE OFFICER INTERLOCAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), is made and entered into by and between the BOARD OF EDUCATION OF KANE SCHOOL DISTRICT (the “School District”), a political subdivision of the State of Utah, 764 South 175 E, KANAB, Utah, 84741, and KANE COUNTY by and through the KANE COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE (the “County”), a political subdivision of the State of Utah, 971 E Kaneplex Drive, Kanab, Utah, 84741. The School District and the County are sometimes referred to in this Agreement collectively as the “parties,” or individually as a “party.”
