Stats., by and between the State of Wisconsin and its Agencies (hereinafter referred to as the Employer) represented by the Office of State Employment Relations and SEIU Healthcare District 1199 Wisconsin, (hereinafter referred to as the “Union”) as representative of employees employed by the State of Wisconsin, as set forth specifically in the recognition clause.
