In order to rent a kayak from us you need to provide a written statement declaring your ocean kayaking experience, including wet-exit re-entries, and that at least 1 in 4 people in your group has Paddle-Canada level 2 certification or the equivalent, or you will need to take an introductory kayaking course and confine your paddling to areas appropriate to your skill level as outlined on our map.
