This Pre Construction Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by Tahoe Truckee Unified School District, a school district duly organized and validly existing under the Constitution and laws of said State of California (hereinafter the “District”), and Rudolph & Sletten Inc., a California corporation duly organized and existing under the General Corporation Law of the State of California (hereinafter the “Builder”), as of December 1, 2007 (“Effective Date”), for the purposes of providing pre construction services for the construction of the Truckee High School 2008 Modernization Project to be located at the District’s Truckee High School property (hereinafter “Project”).
