This FY 2022 Annual Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the date last signed by both parties below (“Effective Date”), by and between THE CHILDREN’S CENTER FOR HOPE AND HEALING, INC., a Georgia nonprofit corporation (hereinafter “Agency”) and FORSYTH COUNTY, GEORGIA, a political subdivision of the State of Georgia, acting by and through its governing authority, the Forsyth County Board of Commissioners (hereinafter “Forsyth County” or “County”), collectively referred to herein as the “Parties”.
