This Coastal Easement No. , (the “Easement” or the “Agreement”) is granted by virtue of the authority granted by Article XVI, Section 59, Constitution of the State of Texas, Chapters 62 and 63 of the Texas Water Code, Chapter 33, TEX. NAT. RES.CODE ANN. and 31 Texas Administrative Code Chapters 1 and 155, and all amendments thereto, and subject to all rules and regulations promulgated by the Board of Navigation and Canal Commissioners of the Chambers-Liberty Counties Navigation District (“CLCND”) pursuant thereto and all other applicable statutes.
