MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THEMemorandum of Understanding • March 11th, 2015
This agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between the City of Rio Vista ("City") and the Rio Vista Professional Firefighters' Association ("RVPFA" or "the Association") as the exclusive representative for all matters relating to terms and conditions of employment pursuant to Government Code Section 3500 et seq and the City's Personnel Rules and Regulations. The parties have met and conferred in good faith, and having reached agreement as set forth herein, it is the parties' intent to set forth their entire agreement regarding wages, hours, and other terms and conditions of employment. Therefore, the parties shall submit this Agreement to the City Council with the joint recommendation that the Council adopt a resolution approving the memorandum and taking such other action as may be necessary to implement its provisions.
