This Market Data Subscriber Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Miami International Securities Exchange, LLC and/or MIAX PEARL, LLC (either or both referred to herein as the “Exchange” as applicable), Delaware limited liability companies with principal offices at 7 Roszel Road, Fifth Floor, Princeton, New Jersey 08540, and the undersigned Subscriber. This Agreement shall establish the terms and conditions pursuant to which Subscriber may receive and use the market data and related information of the Exchange (collectively herein the “Market Data”) provided to Subscriber by an authorized distributor of such Market Data (herein a “Distributor”).
