This VM2020 End User License Agreement (the “Agreement”), is between VM2020 Corporation (“VM2020”) and the subscriber or user of VM2020 software and services who accepts the terms of this Agreement (“Subscriber”). The effective date of this Agreement (“Effective Date”) is the earlier of the date that Subscriber signs or accepts this Agreement or the date that Subscriber uses VM2020's software or services.
