This Contract, by and between STREAMLINED SALES TAX GOVERNING BOARD, INC., hereinafter referred to as the “Governing Board” and (ENTER COMPANY NAME), hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor,” is entered into effective the 1st day of January, 2018 (the “Effective Date”), and is for the Contractor’s provision of services as a Certified Service Provider pursuant to the Streamlined Sales and Use Tax Agreement, as amended, and as further defined in Section B, SCOPE OF SERVICES.
