This Agreement is entered into by Partnership Academy (hereinafter referred to as “School”) and Nystrom & Associates, Ltd. (NAL), a Rule 29 mental health clinic that provides a wide range of mental health services (hereinafter referred to as “Provider). The School and Provider are herein referred to collectively as the “Parties”.
