COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT entered into this day of by and between the City of New York and related public employers pursuant to and limited to their respective elections or statutory requirement to be covered by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law ("NYCCBL") and their respective authorizations to the City to bargain on their behalf and the New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation (hereinafter referred to jointly as the "Employer"), and District Council 37, AFSCME, AFL-CIO (the "Union"), for the period from January 1, 1995 – June 30, 2001.
