Oak Street, Juneau, WI 53039, and Beaver Dam Lake Improvement Association, a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization and a nonstock corporation organized pursuant to Chapter 181 of the Wisconsin Statutes, with a principal place of business located at 211 S. Spring Street, Suite 3, P.O. Box 33, Beaver Dam, Wisconsin 53916, (“BDLIA” or “Grantee”), collectively, the “Parties”.
