(“Vendor”) and the Lakewood City School District Board of Education (“District”) (collectively, “Parties”) agree to the terms of this addendum to the attached [ ] Contract; [ ] Purchase Order; [ ] Invoice dated (selection to be referred to herein as the “Agreement”). This Addendum shall insert terms and conditions in the Agreement and shall be incorporated thereto. Where the terms of this Addendum conflict with the terms of the Agreement and/or any prior agreement, these terms shall take precedence.
