The Shareholders' Agreement was amended on September 21, 2009 and on July 12, 2010, through the First Amendment to the Shareholders' Agreement of Companhia Brasileira de Meios de Pagamento and the Second Amendment to the Shareholders’ Agreement of Cielo S.A., respectively, in which occurred, firstly, the ownership succession and then the withdrawal of Santander as the Company's Shareholder, staying as signatories of the Shareholders’ Agreement only Columbus and BB-BI, which hold together, on this date, 57.30% (fifty-seven point thirty percent) of the Company's capital stock.
