This Intergovernmental Agreement for Planning Services (“Interim Planning IGA”) is made and entered into this day of , 2021 (“Effective Date”), by and between the Village of Mundelein, an Illinois municipal corporation (“Mundelein”), and the Village of Long Grove, an Illinois municipal corporation (“Long Grove”), also at times referred to collectively as the “Parties”.
