This Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) is entered into by the County of Humboldt (“COUNTY”) and the Humboldt County Fair Association (“ASSOCIATION”) to facilitate the expedient development of an agreement related to funding for the repair and maintenance of the grandstands.
