The Project Roomkey – Interim Housing (PRK-IH) Program is designed to provide a safe and secure interim housing option that will minimize social interactions for highly vulnerable or at-risk asymptomatic people experiencing homelessness during the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, the following program guidelines must be followed. Failure to comply with the following program guidelines will result in the issuance of a Notice of Noncompliance and may lead to a participant’s termination from the program. The word “you” in this Agreement includes all adults enrolled in this PRK-IH Program. All adults enrolled in this PRK-IH Program must sign this Agreement.
