THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of this day of June, 2023, by and between NAPA COUNTY HOUSING AUTHORITY, a Public Housing Authority pursuant to California Health and Safety Code section 34200 et seq., hereinafter referred to as “AUTHORITY”, and ENVIRONMENTAL AQUA, a California corporation, whose mailing address is 896 Aldridge Road, Suite D, Vacaville, CA. 95688, hereinafter referred to as “CONTRACTOR”;
