Please read this Agreement carefully before activating or using your card or account. The terms of this Agreement and fees shall apply to all Customers. Activation of your card is deemed as your acceptance of this agreement. The term of this agreement is from activation of your card to the expiry date of your card, unless otherwise stated in the conditions of this agreement.
