In this Disclosure and Agreement, the words “you,” “your” and “Accountholder” mean the consumer that applied for and/or uses any of the Remote Deposit Capture Services (“Mobile Deposit,” “Service”) described in this Disclosure and Agreement. The words “we,” “us,” “our,” “ours,” and “the Credit Union” mean Panhandle Credit Union. Your application for use of the Mobile Deposit Capture Services, our notification of approval of your application, and your Panhandle Credit Union Membership Agreement and Disclosures are hereby incorporated into and made a part of this Disclosure and Agreement. In the event of a discrepancy between this Disclosure and Agreement and your application, our approval, the Account Agreement, or this Disclosure and Agreement will supersede all other information, documents, disclosures, agreements, and addendum.
