This Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) supplements the SaaS Services Agreement and related Order Form(s) (the “Agreement”) entered into by and between You (“Customer”) and Plasmic, Inc. (“Company”). This DPA incorporates the terms of the Agreement, and any terms not defined in this DPA shall have the meaning set forth in the Agreement.
