TERMS AND CONDITIONS: All carpentry work will be billed on a time and material basis. Client agrees to pay a $20 service charge plus $100/hr/man for normal time slot, urgent time slot is $150/hr/man and emergent time slot is $200/hr/man. Ice dam removal and mitigation is $400/hr plus fuel costs. If an estimate is desired the Cost of Labor and Materials and Supplies is based on an inspection of the property and scope of work requested. Unforeseen Conditions may change the Scope of Work, resulting in a Change Order and an increase cost in time and material. Change Orders will require either verbal or written approval from the client.
