Party A has been legally authorized by the owner of the broadcast platform “MeMe App” (hereinafter referred to as the “MeMe Platform”) to purchase live content for the MeMe Platform in Mainland China and to enter into agreements with related artists or their agents in its own name, Party B intends to stream activities, including without limitation, online performances, talent shows or shared content on the MeMe Platform (hereinafter referred to as “Live Broadcasting” collectively). In order to safeguard the rights and benefits of both parties, by agreement after disucssions, the parties enter into this “Exclusive Live Broadcasting Cooperation Agreement” (this “Agreement”).
