This Contract made and entered into this day of July, 2020, by and between the East Baton Rouge Parish School Board (hereinafter called the “Board”), a political subdivision of the State of Louisiana, located in East Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana, and hereinafter represented by its President, Michael Gaudet, duly authorized to act herein by action of the Board appointing the superintendent, found in the official minutes of the Board’s meetings of June 18, 2020, and Leslie Brown (hereinafter “Superintendent”), a major resident of the State of Louisiana.
