WHEREAS, Wildlife Rescue Team has been organized for the purpose of rescue, rehabilitation, and release of birds, fish, mammals, amphibians, and reptiles, and WHEREAS, in pursuit of its goals, Wildlife Rescue Team obtains the assistance of numerous unpaid volunteers who express their love of and concern for America’s wildlife by participation, without financial compensation, in the wildlife rescue, rehabilitation, and release program sponsored and supervised by Wildlife Rescue Team, and WHEREAS, the goals and programs of Wildlife Rescue Team could be seriously threatened or even curtailed if Wildlife Rescue Team were to be sued by volunteer(s) who may sustain injuries from any cause during their participation in the Wildlife Rescue Team program, and
