This Naming Rights Agreement for the Visual and Performing Arts Center at Coronado High School (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the CORONADO UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT, a school district organized and existing under the laws of the State of California (“the District”), and the CORONADO SCHOOL OF THE ARTS FOUNDATION, a 501(c)(3) non-profit public benefit corporation (“the Foundation”). The District and the Foundation are sometimes referred to in this Agreement individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.” This Agreement is dated as of May 24, 2012, for reference purposes only.
