The Health and Human Services Commission (System Agency) and Spindletop MHMR Services d\b\a Spindletop Center (“Grantee”), collectively the Parties, to the Mental Health Grant Program for Justice- Involved Individuals (“SB292”) contract established under Senate Bill 292, 85th Legislature Regular Session 2017, effective April 1, 2018, and denominated HHSC Contract No. HHS000135400001 (the “Contract”), now want to further amend the Contract.
