THIS DATAMI SDK LICENSE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made by and between Tube, Inc., d/b/a DataMi (“DataMi”), and the counterparty downloading, accessing or using the SDK (“Developer”). Developer agrees that Developer is bound by this legally enforceable Agreement if Developer downloads, accesses or otherwise uses the SDK.
