This Power Purchase Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between James Mccormick (“Customer” or “homeowner” or “you”) and Sunrun Installation Services Inc., a Delaware corporation, together with its successors and Assignees (“Sunrun” or “we” together with Customer, the “Parties”, each a “Party”), as of the Effective Date for the sale and purchase of all electric energy generated by a solar photovoltaic system (the “Solar System”) to be installed on or at your home located at 29 Salinger Court Coto De Caza, CA 92679 (the “Home”). Sunrun is pleased to provide you with solar electric power for a twenty (20) year term.
