The United States Department of Labor, Wage and Hour Division (hereinafter referred to as “USDOL/WHD” or “Department”), and the Kansas Department of Labor including the Unemployment Insurance Division, the Workers Compensation Division, the Labor Relations Division, the Industrial Safety and Health Division, and the Office of Employment Standards (hereinafter referred to as KSDOL) (collectively referred to as “the agencies” or “the parties”) recognize the value of establishing a collaborative relationship to promote compliance with laws of common concern among the regulated community in the state of Kansas.
