This document has been prepared to avoid delays, problems and extra cost upon the installation of Boston equipment. In the text of this document the word BOSTON shall equally refer to Boston’s agents, contractors and/or engineers responsible for installations. By signing this agreement, it is confirmed to Boston that the premises are ready in every respect, (except where and to the extent specifically stated otherwise) for the prompt, continuous and unimpeded installation of the stated equipment, and is also confirmed that the general terms and conditions stated herein are agreed.
