This Archer Exchange Technology Partner Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a legal agreement between RSA Security LLC, a Delaware limited liability company having its principal place of business at 174 Middlesex Turnpike, Bedford, Massachusetts 01730 (hereinafter referred to as “Archer”) and the organization (the “Partner”) identified in the Archer Exchange Technology Partner Program Application Form (the “Application”) regarding membership in the Archer Exchange Technology Partner Program (the “Program”) and is effective as of the date Archer provides Partner with notice of Partner’s acceptance into the Program (the “Effective Date”). Partner’s acknowledgement and agreement to the terms and conditions contained herein does not guarantee that Archer will accept Partner into the Program.
