Deviation from Resolution 888. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 5.04 of Resolution 888, Valley District agrees that the City may retain 50% of the revenues from the Project facilities provided the City fulfills its cost sharing responsibility pursuant to paragraph 2, subject to the provisions of paragraph [4] below.
