This agreement, by and between El Paso County on behalf of the El Paso County Juvenile Probation Department, hereinafter known as JPDand Mike Garcia Merchant Security, LLC duly licensed by the State of Texas Private Security Bureau pursuant to Section 1702 et. seq., Texas Occupation Code, hereinafter called Contractorto provide security services for the main administrative buildings and surrounding parking lots located at 6400 Delta Drive, El Paso, Texas.
