This SEARS Home Services Home Warranty Program (the “SHS HW Program”) Agreement, hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”, is issued by the entity listed in the Warranty Terms of Use. Such entity is hereinafter referred to as the “Issuing Company”, or “we”, “us”, and/or “our”. The purchaser of the SHS HW Program covered by this Agreement is hereinafter referred to as “you” and/or “your”. This is a home warranty agreement, not an insurance policy.
