THIS AGREEMENT FOR PURCHASE AND SALE (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the day of June, 2018 (“Effective Date”), by and between COBB COUNTY, GEORGIA, a political subdivision of the State of Georgia, (hereinafter referred to as “Purchaser”), and WYLENE S. TRITT, a/k/a MINNIE WYLENE TRITT, a resident of Cobb County, Georgia (hereinafter referred to as “Seller”).
