This End User Licence Agreement (this “Agreement”) is a binding agreement between MIMOSA Diagnostics Inc. (“Licensor”) and the Prospective Customer, the Lessee, or the Buyer as each such term is defined in the Primary Agreement (as defined below) (“Licensee”), and Licensee’s Authorized Users (as defined below) (collectively, the “parties”).
