Brasier (“Executive”). WHEREAS, Executive currently serves the Company as its Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer; and WHEREAS, the Company and Executive desire to set forth herein their mutual agreement with respect to all matters relating to Executive’s retirement and separation from service with the Company.
