WHEREAS, the Union was certified by the Ontario Labour Relations Board on June 8th, 2000, as the certified bargaining agent of the employees of Blue Water Rest Home at Zurich, Ontario, save and except professional medical staff, registered nurses, supervisors, persons above the rank of supervisor, office staff, persons regularly employed for not more than 24 hours per week, and students employed during the school vacation period.
