This Managed Services Partner Amendment (the “Amendment”) to the Master Software Licence and Subscription Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made by and between AvePoint Deutschland GmbH dba AvePoint France, a French branch with offices at 24-32 Boulevard Gallieni, 92150 Issy-les-Moulineaux, France (“AvePoint”), and your company or entity, using certain of AvePoint’s SaaS Solutions (“Cus- tomer”). Each party hereto shall be referred to as “Party”; collectively, the “Parties”.

Each party hereto shall be referred to as “Party”; collectively, the “Parties”.
