ProCare Therapy, a d/b/a of New Direction Solutions, LLC (“ProCare”) and Parkland School District whose principal location is 1210 Springhouse Road, Allentown, PA 18104 (“Client”) enter into this non-exclusive Client Services Agreement (“Agreement”) for the purpose of referring and placing Consultants (“Consultants”) with Client. This Agreement shall govern the overall terms of the relationship, while a separate Client Assignment Confirmation for each placement will outline specifics as to bill rates, personnel, and assignment lengths. ProCare, Consultant(s), and Client may hereinafter be individually referred to as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties”.
