If you are an individual, you must be a resident of Brazil, be at least 18 years old, and hold a valid individual taxpayer identification number with the Federal Revenue of Brazil (“CPF”) to open a PayPal account and use the PayPal services. If you are a business, the business must be a resident of Brazil, and hold a valid CNPJ/MF, to open a PayPal account and use the PayPal Services.
