The Parties hereby agree that the following addendum shall be made to any and all Agreements (the “Original Agreements”) as entered into by the Parties during the year 2008. In the event that these terms conflict with, vary from or modify the terms and provisions of the Original Agreement, then in such event, the terms and provisions of this Addendum shall control and govern the rights and obligations of the Parties. Any provisions of the Original Agreement, which are unchanged, shall continue in full force and effect.
